Day 3 New sapling
The Leaves of this sapling got greener. I have transplanted it to a pot. Weather today was pleasant with clouds all over sky. Don't feel that it will rain today. I am too eager to see flowers on this plant.
This is first time I have planted Zinnia. I tried with failed effort with seeds of Gaillardia Double which never sprouted.
Here for others to have look I have posted PIC's of how Zinnia plant looks after three days of sprouting.

Day 2 - New plantling
Although Last sapling dried but new sapling which had appeared yesterday ( Photo 2 of post made on 13 June 09) was standing tall. Above is photograph of how it looks on its 2nd Day. Leaves of this tiny plant were visible today.
I have brought few more seeds of Zinnia which i have also sown today. As per packet flowers should be of yellow, orange and blue. Will update about it as and when they start growing.

Day 3 - New sprout coming and leaves got greener
Photo 1
Photo 3
No change in small plant which developed two days back except leaves got greener (Photo 3) . I also found another sprout has just started coming out (Photo 2). Today I have also added photograph seeds I have used ( Photo 1). Yesterday it rained after which I saw earthworms in soil, it seems they were in manure.I know Earth worms are a beneficial to the soil. They do not damage or eat any seed. They eat bacteria and fungi that are consuming vegetative matter in the soil. In return they leave their castings which becomes some of the best plant nutrients. Their movement in the soil also helps provide spaces for air and water.

Day 2 - Leaves formation started
This plant is growing fast. Till yesterday it was just touching soil. Now its 10 cm above soil ( I have use a mixture of manure and soil in 25:75 ratio). I have read on internet it takes eight to ten weeks for Zinnia to bloom

Day 1 - Seed Sprouting
Finally one of my Zinnia seeds sprouted. It was quiet an accomplishing feeling after failing first time.
Weather was very hot, temperature was souring as high as 45 Centigrade.
It took around five days after seeds were sown.
I watered twice a day and full 6 hours of bright sun
